For more than 25 years, Walter Santiago has thrived on the challenge of navigating the complexities of the technology industry. Now, as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of A Fluent Vision (AFV), Walter measures the value of his work by his ability to help clients identify and execute the best possible sales infrastructure and strategies that directly impact revenue and profit.
Walter has managed consulting projects with clients of all sizes, including such industry leaders as Hewlett Packard, Avnet, Tech Depot and RSA. As an expert in sales methodology and infrastructure development, Walter has designed the framework and process that many companies have used to develop solid, successful and scalable sales organizations.
His passion for engineering successful sales strategies quickly led him to positions in enterprise sales for IBM and other industry leaders. In 1994 Walter founded Fluent Vision International, an international sales consulting company. With successful engagements with organizations like Johnson & Johnson, Chubb Services and SDTI (RSA Security), Walter made the strategic decision to package and market his company for sale. After completing the sale in the fall of 1997, Walter was pursued and ultimately accepted a position at RSA. In November of 2001, after serving as the VP of Sales for the East and an integral member of the Merger and Acquisition team for several key investments, Walter co-founded A Fluent Vision, L.L.C.
