Overview

The cornerstone of the Global Business Planning (GBP) (AFV-108) process is the Global Business Planning Toolkit (GBPT), a tool designed for sales reps to easily manage, collaborate and begin the account planning process.

GBPT provides sales reps with a planning tool designed to help them understand how to divide those tasks that will lead them to success in consultative selling. GBPT makes the difference between a great plan and a great plan with great results.
